Kama was the first female cupid to be seen in both the TV series and the comics. This is not including P.J. Halliwell who is only half Cupid.

Cupid's Harrow[]
Kama was waiting at Cupid's Temple for Coop when he returned after the funeral of an infant. Once he returned, she helped him transfer the soul of the infant girl into a brand new living Cupid. The two of them discussed Coop's family situation and she suggested maybe he'd do better in the nursery than getting the new recruits. He agreed that he'd like that, but she didn't say whether he could do the job or not.
