Tess Fowler was a Charmed fan before she was ever asked to draw the Charmed comics. She has drawn two issues thus far with one in the works. Tess continues to be on good terms with Zenescope and with her fans. Many fans contend that she has done the best job of drawing Phoebe Halliwell of any of the artist. She has done additional Charmed artwork and takes commissions from the fans to do more.

To keep from starting rumors, it should be explained that the Prue sketch was the result of her asking on twitter who she should draw to do a warm up before she started inking issue 19. The first response was Prue since she hasn't done Prue. She drew, inked, and colored that sketch in about an hour.
